Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely Package the Item

  Place the appliance in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand the package to your local authorized courier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
